Ручеёк - обычно еле заметный - который в прошлом перешагивали, не задумываясь, вышел из берегов и превратился в бурный поток. Течение столь сильное, что одного человека запросто с ног сбивает... и уносит...... Мы его переходили вброд по всем правилам переправ через горные реки...
За ручьём, ставшей маленькой горной речкой, - вышедшая из берегов Зелёная цвета кофе с молоком.

Forget what the flows page says - that river is pumping ! We paddled the lower today. Took us less than an hour and a half to run the full length. Chocolate milk colored - every side creek and culvert was pumping water in. We had to use our swift water techniques just to get across the guard creek to the put in. One big wave train from top to bottom.

When we're getting rain, you may also want to look at the level of lake Summit. The lake is full at 100ft, anything over spills into the river bed. Yesterday evening the lake level was 100.6, so you guys had 1 generator plus at least 6" of spill. I think I've heard that every 2" = another 100%. By that the level would've been about 400% yesterday.
